Do I need to provide keys for the vehicle?

Yes, you must provide the carrier with keys to the ignition, trunk, gas cap, and any locked compartments.

What should I know about delayed shipments?

Delays can occur due to unforeseen weather or operational issues. Please plan accordingly.

Should I fill my gas tank before shipment?

No, your gas tank should be less than a quarter full for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. For ground transportation, there are no fuel tank regulations.

Can I pack personal items in the vehicle?

Light and soft personal items, luggage, or small boxes can be placed inside the trunk only, with a maximum weight of 100 lbs. Items like infant car seats and spare tires are allowed, but over-packing may result in extra charges or removal of items.

Are there restrictions on window visibility?

Yes, nothing should obstruct the windows, as it is mandatory for the safety of the crew when loading the vehicle.

Can I ship firearms or fire extinguishers in the vehicle?

No, firearms, ammunition, and fire extinguishers are prohibited.

What should I do if my vehicle has an alarm system?

The alarm system must be disconnected, or the alarm remote must be provided to the carrier.

What are the requirements for disabled or inoperable vehicles?

Inoperable vehicles must be in a safe, accessible location with inflated tires and fully operational brakes and steering.

Are oversized or modified vehicles allowed?

Factory-stock vehicles must meet height and clearance requirements (max 7 feet high and adequate ground clearance). Oversized or modified vehicles may incur additional charges, which must be communicated before dispatch.

Does the vehicle need to be clean?

Yes, a clean vehicle is required for an accurate inspection report at pickup and delivery.

What should I do about EZ Pass stickers?

Remove or cover EZ Pass stickers to avoid extra toll charges, as these are not covered by the transportation contract.

How can I pay the driver on delivery?

You can pay the balance with cash, money order, cashier check, Zelle or Cashapp.

Is there a downpayment?

Yes the driver will lock in and reserve the shipping spot and price upon contract signature and downpayment reception.
